My events aren’t showing, how do I fix this? Make sure your accounts are logged in through their Outputs, and confirm that you are using one of the platforms we are integrated with: Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. Make sure to also check that your widget is not hidden behind another layer.

My YouTube chat is double when I stream to landscape and Shorts. When you add your stream keys be sure to add one through the YouTube Output and the one for Shorts as a Custom RTMP. This will prevent chat from doubling in the widget.

Why is the weighted font not making any changes? Not all fonts can be weighted. Try switching your font to see if you’re using an unsupported font.

Do these widgets support multi streaming destinations? Yes. These widgets will pull chats and events from Twitch, YouTube and Kick.

Will these widgets slow down my stream or cause performance issues? No. These widgets are built to be lightweight and built-in to ensure that they’re optimized for your stream.

Can I turn off certain events (like bits or follows) in the Activity Widget? Yes, you can filter event types of toggling them on/off.

Do the widgets support vertical streams? Yes, as long as the vertical streams are for one of our integrated platforms. If you’re using a Custom RTMP key then that will not show up in the widgets.
