Meld Studio is introducing an exciting new addition– Widgets! Our tailor-made widgets are designed for seamless integration into your streaming setup, giving you access to powerful, customizable features without the need for third-party tools. Whether you're looking to give your viewers visual acknowledgement or add dynamic elements to your stream, our built-in widgets will make it easier than ever to create a polished, professional look– all within Meld Studio!
The Spotlight Widget
Introducing the Spotlight Widget– a great way to highlight your community's latest supporters! This dynamic widget rotates through your most recent events, showcasing the latest subscriber, follower, and bits on Twitch. Streaming on YouTube? It will feature your Super Chats, too! Keep your audience engaged while showing your appreciation for them in style.
Spotlight Settings
Customize the Spotlight Widget to perfectly match your style and branding. Simply drag and drop the Spotlight Widget into Meld Studio from the Widget page to add it to your scene. Next select the Spotlight Widget layer and head to the Inspector panel on the right side to adjust a range of customization options. Adjust the rotation speed between events, choose your preferred font style, color and size, then tweak the alignment and even set a custom background color. With these options, you can seamlessly integrate the widget into your branding for a polished, professional looking stream.
The Combo Widget
Up next we have the Combo Widget– a dynamic way to bring custom animations to your stream! This widget allows you to create an engaging visual effect that appears on-screen when specific events occur within a set time frame. Whether you make this an interactive camera border or a bar on the side of the screen, the Combo Widget adds an extra layer of excitement and interactivity to your stream.
Combo Settings
Customize the Combo Widget with ease using the settings in the Inspector Panel on the right side, just like with the Spotlight Widget. Adjust the size, colors, and and even set the number of events required to trigger the animation. Tailor it to match your stream's style and create a unique, engaging, and interactive experience for your audience!
Event Integrations with Twitch and YouTube
Widgets are just the beginning– Meld Studio now features seamless event integrations with Twitch and YouTube! Sign directly into your Twitch and YouTube accounts through Meld Studio by going to File > Preferences > Output. This powerful update allows your widgets to react in real-time, automatically updating as events unfold during your stream. No extra effort needed– Meld Studio handles the heavy lifting behind the scenes, so you can focus on what you do best: streaming.
Undo/Redo Support
Have you ever accidentally moved a layer in your scene and struggled to get it back just right? No more frustration– Meld Studio now supports undo and redo! Simply press Ctrl+Z (Command+Z on Mac) to undo actions like resizing, deleting, or adjusting layers and effects. Need to bring something back? Ctrl+Shift+Z (Command+Shift+Z on Mac) lets you redo any accidental undos. Streamline your workflow and make edits with confidence!
Snap Lines Upgraded
Snapping just got an upgrade and is even smarter! Now, it fully accounts for rounded corners, ensuring that your layers snap precisely to the points where the corners meet the edges. This makes alignments smoother and more accurate, giving your scenes that polished, professional look with ease!
Adjust Bitrate While Live
Experiencing network issues during your stream? No problem! Now, you can ajust your bitrate on the fly– no need to restart your stream when your connection fluctuates. Stay live, stay smooth, and keep your audience engaged without any interruptions.
