In this release, Meld Studio brings powerful new features, enhancements and bug fixes to elevate your streaming and production experience. Check out what upgrades your favorite streaming software got!
π Interactive Browser Layers
We've added the ability to embed fully interactive browser sources directly into your scenes. You can now add clickable overlays pulling in real-time website content without leaving Meld Studio.
Simply navigate to the toolbar above your browser layer and select the mouse pointer icon to transform your layer into an interactive source. You can utilize this feature to show off sites to your audience directly within your studio without having to open up a new browser tab on your computer.
π§ VOD Audio Tracks for Non-Twitch Outputs
You can now use your VOD Track as the main audio for YouTube, Kick, or any custom RTMP output.
Note: This does not separate VOD audio from the live broadcast on these platforms. YouTube and Kick donβt support secondary audio tracks, so anything muted on the VOD Track will also be muted in the live stream and the VOD.
To enable this, go to Outputs, select your destination, and toggle on Use VOD Audio. This swaps the default audio for your VOD mix β useful for removing alerts, music, or other secondary sounds from non-Twitch streams.
Multi by Meld Servers Updated
If you haven't checked it out yet, Multi by Meld is a free, cloud-based multi-streaming tool currently in beta. We've added servers for Europe and Australia now to give you more options and stability when going live to multiple platforms at once.
